Many viewers have come to this blog looking for information on Teacup Pomeranians. Unfortunately the majority of websites about Teacup or Mini Poms are breeder and puppy mill sites. If you love Poms and want a smaller version, be careful: Teacup Pomeranian is not a recognized breed! Some breeders say their puppies are officially “AKC Teacup Pomeranians” when no such breed exists. I found an excellent site called Pet Pom that explains the health issues associated with unethical breeding of these dogs. On the other hand, If you have raised a healthy Mini or Teacup Pomeranian, please share your experience with others.

Do you have information on the picture of Coton on your blog “Groomer has it” show from Animal planet? Referenced from the mobile grooming blog.

Hello Kimmy
Mini white poms are very rare and they cost about $2000 if they are AKC. My female happen to have two white pups that now are almost a year old and only weigh about 2 lbs. Let me know if your interested.

Hi Kimmy: I am not a dog breeder, so I can not put a price on this puppy. Check the AKC website and petpom.com for insights to cost. I would also consider adoption; I adopted all three of my dogs.

Poms are cute, but I agree with the author: adopt! Why give hundreds, even thousands for a dog that may have come from a puppy mill!?
